Do you live in Weymouth and want to both help your community and tackle the climate crisis?

Join us for our Weymouth Flood Warden training sessions on:

Thursday 19 January, 6-9pm and

Thursday 26 January, 6-9pm

at the Weymouth Town Council offices, Commercial Road, Weymouth DT4 8NG.

Both training sessions will cover different topics, ideally we would like you to be able to attend both evenings.

The free training is being run by the Environment Agency and will cover topics including understanding flood risk, the role of a flood warden, and incident management.

Refreshments will be provided!

Weymouth Station Gateway – Have your say!

Weymouth train station forecourt is set to see improvements. We want to know how the local community use the area, how they think it could be redesigned to be more pedestrian, cyclist and bus friendly, and be a more welcoming place for visitors.

Share your views and help shape designs for a new Weymouth train station forecourt and improved sustainable transport links.

The online survey will close at midnight on 31st August 2020.
